I'll have a coke or rootbeer about once a month. Other than that it's exclusively black coffee, chamomile tea, tons of water, and various alcoholic drinks.

Water is just so much more refreshing.

i don't have diabetes, i'm not that fat. i'm a little chubby, but i'll be alright never month when i can start ww kayaking again. my biggest concern at the moment is that i might have contracted hepatitis c back in november. i'll know for sure in a few weeks after i get a follow-up bloodtest. the first one said 0.04 and the reference range was <1.0 so i'm good, but i got it done the day after so i need to get a follow up to be comfortable.
