We offered both Bolivia and Paraguay, Paraguay uses it all the time but I think Bolivia just uses yours.

The plan was building another port for all the countries in the region too but I don't know what happened to that, It's a project that would cost billions of dollars and while we're interested we're currently more interested in finishing a HUGE Finn paper mill, we need to improve our infrastructure for that. I think after that deal is done the government will concentrate on the port
