Its pretty chill place to visit with rather affordable everything. Safe to visit. Unless you look asian. Mongolians think that every foreign asian is Chinaman and they hate Chinese for some obscure reasons.

Visited there on 16 Oct 2012, it was very cold but still see that conqueror and bad guy of the mongols. The complex is around 12 floors high and you can see all around you, is a desert/wasteland, can be dangerous at night! Don't even attempt to come here all by yourself.
