Rather hard to say. Shaun Micallef springs to mind as an example of a comedian who has had a rather lengthy career with a range of consistency amusing performances. There are other more "funny" stand up comics but they tend to have a rather limited set of material and, well, aren't all that creatively funny.
Try to put the annoying laughter aside, but here are a few examples of his work over time:
