Any doubts left that commiblocks are superior?
>One super flood in 130 years.

fight!

the area in OP's pic was most likely very crime infested. yet no one will blame it on the architecture.

>architecture that causes more crime
>cartoons that causes obesity
>electric grid that promotes prostitution
>prisions cause higher average dick lenght

all of these are true
commieblocks would get water damage and collapse, killing hundreds
>>71786428
>imblyign water damage+collapse would occur as a single event
they would withstand the water until it went away, and then the could be maintained/fixed until they were as good as new.
we have commieblocks except they are for the rich

average house > commie blocks > low income houses in flood plain > low income commie blocks
there, it's settled

Countryside usually have low crime levels.

Private housing naturally stimulates awareness and visual control of the area. In multistoreys people don't feel that public space belongs to them so they're indifferent to it's condition and to things happening there. Less storeys always equals less crime even in non-poor areas. Google "Creating Defensible Space".

>Less storeys always equals less crime even in non-poor areas
just a matter of example, the only place in my country where there are skycrappers is the area with less crime in the whole country and the worst district in the country has mostly low houses with only a few aparment buildings on the biggest avenues.
don't say crime is architecture's fault, it's corruption, education, law enforcing and judge's fault

You got it wrong so your example is invalid. Not talking about an isolated case or hi-class secured skyscrapers here. High-rises vs. low rises and private homes, high-rises always lose if the people beling to the same class/earn same, etc. Various studies through years showed that. And I've never blamed crime on architecture, but it can be a factor too.

so you don't understand the meaning of "always"
>>71788999
Always means always in comparable cases ofc. I thought it's obivous that in guarded buildings there will be less crime and less poverty wins over more poverty. Also checked. Also checked.
