Most of modern comics use tintin system though that is immaginary words that look like an insult

most bad words in public television and radio are censured but is pretty normal to see uncensored shootings, violence and narco torture in the exact same network.
Other than that, no pretty much all the other media is uncensored, all the mexican movies must have at least a nudity scene, a couple hundred of bad words and some form of violence.

Children's stuff either has the random symbols as in OP or use mild cursing, while the *BEEEEEP* is used in advertisements.
Everything else is non-censored
