The thing with military ideas is that you want to stack them if you have a good base. If you get 5% discipline from ideas you shouldn't go "oh that's good I'll focus on Quantity". You should go all in for discipline. With the right setup you can have 50% infantry combat ability, 20% extra discipline, 40% extra morale etc. And I'm pretty sure Prussia's stronger than Sweden simply because of the 20% morale they get; Sweden only gets a slight 5% increase in an event.

As you know, Spain shares a border with Africa, and because of that, over the years, we got some experience in dealing with economic migrants, becuase the greatest problem (at least in my opinion) with all this refugees crisis that we are suffering right now are the economic migrants that take advantage of the european goodwill towards refugees.

But quite a long time ago, we realize that if we cut the economic help towards emigrants they won't always feel excluded from our society (In part because they never integrated) and they would simply go back to their home countries or be forced to look for a job and forcefully integrate in our society.

This is the problem that I believe most of that people have nowadays, they think that money will solve everything when in fact the only thing they are doing is treating immigrants as a couple of overprotecting parents would, making them unable to integrate in our societies and believing that the state will always be there for you, making them useless.
