I used to be a combination of the first four, now after over a year of trying to fix my posture I'm a mix of the last two.

/fit/ here. If you want to fix your posture you need to build upper back muscles. Buy protein powder and lift up some sort of weight with a heavy shrugging motion that hurts your upper back between the middle of your shoulders and neck. It'll be solved it 6 weeks for the rest of your life. Take a scoop of power once a day.

Also, walk with your Che's puffed out.

pretty bad

quite the opposite. big lats/delts will make you even more hunched. what you need is a strong core/spinal erectors.

I developed lumbar lordosis from growing up with oversized pants throughout childhood and teenage years
I think it stunted my leg growth because my legs are very short and small compared to the rest of my body
Why do I fix this posture that seems to be permanent from years of growth?

Mix of the last two.

I have mostly good posture but I tend to look at the ground a lot in depression when the mood swings hit.

Same here. It was awkward.

Similar to >>71515213. I used to have pretty terrible posture from sitting in bed with my laptop all day. I'm more conscious of it now, and I stopped using my bed for daytime activities (which is also a good 'sleep hygiene' tip, by the way), so it's improved.

>Good until I sit down to relax. Abysmal sitting posture.
this tbqh

I used to walk like Gollum when I was younger due to complete lack of exercise and sitting down a lot. Couple of years ago I figured that I actually like stretching so I have been doing that a bunch and it has helped me a lot with the posture issues that I used to have. Now my standing posture is pretty much straight and I can stand straight with my heels, ass, back, and the back of my head all touching the wall without any discomfort, a feat which was nigh impossible some years ago.

Then again like >>71521911 I look at the ground a lot when walking outdoors, mainly due to my abysmal eyesight instead of mood swings though. I can see big shapes just fine but stuff like advertisements, any text, faces, and traffic signs are a total blur until I'm right next to them. Can't even recognize a person from 10ft away if they are wearing new clothes.

>have a good stretching session in the evening, sometimes close to an hour with a myriad of different stretches
>sit down to play games or browse boards
>notice after ten minutes that my jaw is almost at table level
>fix posture every ten minutes
>>
