well i drank slightly more heavily than that for about 3-4 years and then about what i'm suggesting (20ish units/night) for about the same which was much more of a "maintenance" dose.
i gave up over a year ago, but my body and brain is pretty fucked senpai. feel better for it, but wish i'd done it sooner. good luck 2 u
