As far as I know, German law doesn't allow dual citizenship if you aren't eligible for it at birth.
An example would be if you were born in the US to German parents. You would be allowed to hold German and US citizenship.
If you are only German from birth and obtain citizenship of another country through naturalisation, you automatically give up your German citizenship. You can keep your German citizenship and your new citizenship in a few cases like you you're a wealthy businessperson and having both makes doing business easier.

Most of the ones in OPs pic you can obtain through direct investment to that country. I think if you invest ~700K in Malta they will give you citizenship. Israel if you convert to Judaism and go through the entire process you can be eligible for citizenship
