What for? Most of these look like trash and even if you find a few nice looking on one street they're always all different and lacking of consistency. I wouldn't live in a fucking fancy flat that touches another fancy flat with completely different style if they payed me for it.
Commie blocks may not be the most aesthetically pleasing but they're simple and all of similar look. They always come in bunches of identical blocks. I don't know about other places but in my city they built them quite sparsely and planted lots of trees between them. There's also enough parking lots and at least one park for every bunch of blocks.

Living in a small flat feels like those dogs on a pet store or those lions in a zoo walking constantly from one side of the cage to another. It makes you feel psychologically trapped.

This country has a disease and it's called "flat normalization".

We have a lot of terrain, we are one of the most depopulated European countries, we can build fucking small houses with small yards like the Brits do and make them cheap and affordable, when in the fucking hell did we accept that living in ~70m2 shitty flats is ok and healthy and normal? Nice and small so it's easy to clean and heat. Less pointless space so limited urge to fill it with useless expensive furnishings. Can comfortably live alone in an affordable manner.
Single living rooms/flats/apartments/whatever-you-want-to-call-them are ideal for the modern man, really. They can be as private as you want if you feel like hiding away from the world or they can be your gateway to the your surroundings simply by opening the front door, where you're instantly surrounded by others in a similar sort of living situation. They are a paradox of isolation and connection。

I grew up in a commieblock settlement. Here it has alot to do with status. It's mostly the trash living there, because they are the cheapest of the cheapest apartments. So, if you want to be there, you have to live with your douchebag neighbor and his whore.

Also, I never want to go back. It's just totally unpleasing and bad for your mentality to live like that. There was no small private family bakery, no little grandma groceries and no small cafe downstairs where you can just relax for an hour with a coffee and newspaper on the small street. It was all just one super huge supermarket next to a big parking lot, no restaurants and nothing comfy nearby, like pic related
