In general, Australian country music is better than American country music. But there's plenty of exceptions.

I haven't bothered to listen to country music because I don't like it. I assume some good stuff exists but I just hear the shitty music, like with any genre. If it didn't rely so heavily on repetitive topics and TWANG I'd be more interested.
