You guys are misstaken. I'm saying this sounds HIGHLY improbable. 16 million Iraqis is literally half of their current population. It's slightly less than twice the population of Sweden. Do you really think that the US would be able to wipe out double our entire population in around 10 years using just conventional warfare? Hell even Japan didn't loose that many people during world war 2 and it was nuked TWICE.
