Noun genders are pointless autism.
>>71315896
That would be an interesting conlang project
There are a number of ways you could do it.
It shouldn't be that radical of a change though. You would still say "good man" and "good woman", but "goode men" and "gooda women".
How about weak and strong declension? "the gooda man", "the goode woman".

Whoops.
"wīfmann" in Old English was masculine. Because it's etymologically just "wifeman" ("man" used to generally just mean "human", "person"), and Old English "mann" was masculine.
Replace that with "lady". Old English "hlæfdige" was feminine.
>>71314865
It should be easy for other Romance languages tho.
>>71316515
I think you have no idea of neither what autism is nor what are the underlying reasons of gender systems.

Norn
After spending 3 months in the US and speaking English every day, I struggle a little to speak fluent German. And that made me realize something funny.
When you speak German - because of the 4 cases, the genders of nouns, etc. - you actually need to think further ahead than in English.
In English you can basically make up words as you speak.
"The book that my girlfriend bought is nice".
But in German, look at this:
"[DAS] von meiner Freundin gekaufte [BUCH] ist nett".
You already need to be fully aware of everything you're going to say, or else you might use the wrong article for the noun "Buch", for example "der" instead of "das".
English is literally a caveman language
