Agnosticism means "I'm not sure if it exists or not", while atheism means "It's so illogical that I'm sure it doesn't exist although I can't prove it". Also there's the problem of the definition of what a "God" is. The Abrahamitic God for sure doesn't exist or at least it's not logical, for the simple reason that has incompatible attributes. Atheists trust logic, but not necessarily trust science like religious people often think. We can generalize the concept of "God" to the point that it becomes compatible with atheism as a-theism (non theism). Like I said before, naturalistic pantheism is a form of atheism.

Atheism is the belief that there is no God. They absolutely believe there is no God. If they do not put away the possibility then they are agnostic and not atheist. And agnosticism is the only faith guaranteed to be wrong no matter how the world is put together in all possible worlds. At least atheists can imagine a world where they are right. But agnosticism or atheism both are the only religious faiths where there are no possibilities to get a good afterlife if anyone else is right and the prophets actually WAS revealed truths about the world.
