I play HoI3, V2 and EU3, modern paradox game are total trash and lack tons of depth, no idea how people are able to play them for hundreds of hours.

I don't even browse /gsg/, it's a terrible general. But EU4 is still casualized garbage, which tries to appeal to the lowest common denominator. Also, selling features of older games as DLC is one of the scummiest behaviours.

Just bought the Paradox pack, including EU4. CK2, V2 and HOI3, while I had 93 hours into HOI4

I just simply can't get into EU4, don''t know why. Also, also is HOI3 better than HOI4 and how?
