>you will never be fluent in russian
are there any 5'7" brown haired blue eyed russians who want to swap places
what benefit could come from knowing Russian?
>>71212565
their runes are too complicated and there are too many of them
>>71212565
how come? you can be fluent (not in a native level though) in any language as long as you study and practice it
>No matter how good you become at speaking Chinese, you will never truly be considered Chinese
>>71212565
No reason to learn Russian. We're currently witnessing Russian relevancy's death throes.
In 20 years or so they'll have reached official backwater status.

That's true for any nationality other than American though
And why exactly would you want people to consider you Chinese?
The only reason I would need any language other than English is to read the old masters in their own languages.

Cyrillic is objectively better than Latin though.
You could fully master the Russian alphabet within 120 minutes anon. It's like learning to ride a bike.

>kann ok deutsch sprechen
>gehe nach Deutschland
>da sind zu vielen Leute mit braunes Haare so es ist nur mein Akzent leute über mir fragen
>"oh wo in Österreich bist du von? "
The German accent isn't even hard to pull off, if one learns German it's not hard to be accepted into the society lol.

Why's that? Do they not have the multiple accents per letter that our alphabet has?
>>71212565
I literally know only two phrases, "how are you?" and "My name is". That's about it.
>>71212565
Why not

Я знaю =(

closer to the original Greek and much more consistent. it's true what you say
hard and soft markers are confusing but Cyrillic as a whole is so satisfying.
