Eastern Europe will still be white but less populated. It's an important distinction because in the west, you'll have a large number of non-native voters.

Developed countries will always have low birth rates. I would say culture and economics are the biggest reason. Women tend to focus on their own careers now and supporting children for a middle class family is very expensive. Children aren't seen as valuable anymore. Funny thing is though, the world if actually overly populated thanks to African and asian counties which are really poor

It's what happens in prosperous developed countries. Children are no longer economically beneficial and actually cost a lot to have, people are living longer and focusing on their careers and willing put off or not have kids.

Plus better proliferation of contraceptives, education, and access to abortion.
