Its an impenetrable language for non native speakers and being able to write Mandarin is pretty impressive.

Also because we have so many chinks in Australia it would be useful here. Literally 90% of my graduating cohort at university were native Chinese.

I grew up hearing cantonese so I'm a bit biased but it's my favourite.
I love how korean sounds though, probably my favourite language aside from cantonese.
