Well, it says something about the civil liberties in the country. This spesific case might not affect you directly; but if you allow backwards rules like this still stand you can bet it will go wrong for you sooner or later.

I'm actually from the UK.
Nigeria is what you'd expect, but there are some nice cafes in Lagos. Rural areas are nice but the locals aren't very friendly most of the time.
