Setting a goal for yourself, something realistic, even if it seems hardly attainable, will improve your mood.
You could list what you don't like about whatever makes you moody, and how you could make the situation better where it's possible. Then, you need to pick the easiest thing to change, and focus on doing that, one thing at at time.

Well if nobody will even give me a minimum wage job, I guess I could at least attempt to learn one of the languages I say I'm learning on my profile. I was doing Russian and Turkish on duolingo, stopped Russian because it's too hard, Turkish was a lot easier but I just got bored with it one day and didn't really feel like I was learning.
