It's not like it can't happen and that we both won't have several more referendums for changing our flags in the future. This is a contender for Aus (it's a native plant), I'd be happy with it, or maybe a variant that includes the Southern Cross.

It's mainly about finding alternatives that people want more than keeping the present flags.
