I like peanut butter but I can't be around it

I used to weigh 30 stone (like 420lbs) and I would eat 1 small jar of peanut butter each day

I used to tell myself that because it was healthy fat it was ok. I used to name each roll of fat on my body and had seperate doctors reports for each one (I would pretend they were all in good health due to peanut butter)

It wasn't even sugarfree peanut butter. In fact I often mixed in pure sugar or smashed cheesecake with my hand then mixed peanut butter into it.
