Drinking milk is a meme. Your body can only take in so much liquid in a day, and a glass of milk would mean one less cup of coffee or tea.

No one drinks UHT here except for people in the military who need access to milk without much refrigeration. Pretty much all the milk I've ever drank has been pasteurized.
