I agree, it's incredibly beautiful. I wish there was a larger tradition of this with the latin alphabet but I guess it's more challenging to do. Only examples I can think of are stylized letters in old books from medieval and the german texts

The alphabet is the best current writing system imo.
Korean hangeul or whatever it's called is pretty aesthetic, I like it.
If we go by efficiency, I would say everyone on the planet has to learn the international phonetic alphabet
