It's probably similar to australian cuisine, at least for the english speaking regions.

We do have our own foods too though

Not really sure what "canadian cuisine" is, it's more regional based. I was born on the border of manitoba and asskatchewan which has a high population descended from ukrainian settlers therefore we eat perogies, cabbage rolls and all that good shit often.
