Chinese, or at least what I've had. I understand China is enormous and the cuisine is hugely varied, but anything I've had at a restaurant was boring, bland and salty with the same flavour profiles. Same goes for what my Chinese friends have served me. I'll still eat it, it just isn't anything special or interesting for me.
