USA is no different than what the USSR was, a socialist mish mash of variety of cultures and race states perpetually at struggle with one another over the power and influence of the centralized fed.

Yes the U.S. has a lot of it's own culture, it's still in a melting pot stew but there's some original chunky bits.

Our food relies heavily on things that were only available in the Americas for quite sometime.

We take quite a bit from Native American tribes.

The expansion into the wild west and rise the frontiersman and later cowboys is the most noticeable time.

There's some interesting and unique American mythology and folk lore.

I feel like American schools don't take enough time studying american literature and philosophy there's amazing stuff there.

Things like square dancing are European in origin but I only ever see it taking place in American barns and dance/drinking halls.

Black Americans contributed a shit ton of OC to the culture of the U.S. (and still do) food, art, multiple genres of music, speech, songs, instruments (the banjo and other things) literature.

The film industry and Hollywood is distinctly American.

I'm sure I've forgotten some things as well.
