Sydney or Vancouver?
Which one will be asian majority first
You're a good kid
Sydney is already like 40% Asian
>>70479806
Chinks in Richmond and Victoria island already tried to gain independence from Canada haha
Please send help haha
>>70479926
Asian as in Mongol or as in Indians Arabs etc ?
>>70480040
Canadians were always Chink
If you include South Asians, Vancouver's at 40.8%.
If China joins the trans-Pacific Partnership, I'm gonna go with Sydney, if not then America's isolationist policies could diverge Asian immigration from the US to Canada, making Vancouver the first to reach Asian majority.
>>70480077
Only Britbongs call Indians and Pakis asian. Sydney is full of chinks. Like, fucking FULL.
>44.9% of renters for the same period had weekly rent of less than $350 whilst 51.7% had weekly rent of $350 or more. The median weekly rent in Sydney is $450.[3]
How the fuck is rent so cheap? In Vancouver a single room apartment is like $1500 a month and most jobs pay $13/h
I'm tired of this overpriced meme country
>>70480246
Canadian housing bubble
1 million for an average house in Toronto
CANNOT MAKE THIS SHIT UP
Vancouver is already asian so Sydney will be next.
>>70480291
Prices in Australia are fucked too but at least they have a $20/h minimum wage and a good economy
>>70480138
Fucking furries man, they're everywhere
Why is Western Sydney such shit?
>>70480359
>tfw 18/h
>>70480359
They got 20 an hour min wage?
That's quite impressive
>>70480458
Not quite. $17.70/h or $672.70 for a 38 hour work week is the current minimum wage. Cost of living here is really expensive though, especially compared to the US. That $672 doesn't go nearly as far as it would in the states.
>>70480598
Wrong, rent is only $400 a month
>>70480246
>>70480291
>tfw
employment isnt even a worry in the city so im pretty comfy as is
I'll most likely move out once i grab even a meh tier job after graduation
>>70480709
$400 a week*
>>70480709
a week, i pay 380 a week and i live out in the sticks
>>70480715
That looks awful and too expensive. Kipper snacks are packed together like that, not people in Atlantic Canada.
>>70480840
>too expensive
where in canada do you find a home cheaper in a 200k pop. or more city?
i mean there's more available, just saying 100k for low end homes in a generally low crime, decent unemployment city is pretty ok
Why do Asians love Sydney and Vancouver so much?
>>70480709
Wait, did you get our weekly rent prices confused with monthly rent prices? kek
>>70481553
Closest first world places to China probably.
>>70481095
New Brunswick
>pop of 200k or more
This kills the Maritimer
>>70480291
>>70480246
That's fucking nothing
2million for a small house
250 a week for a small apartment
T. Londoner
>>70481835
>250pw for an apartment in one of only 2 Alpha++ cities in the world
>>70480077
Mongoloid Asian, but also a lot of Indians as well. Sydney feels like Hong Kong now
>>70481791
>>70481791
it's ok friendo, atlantic canada's in this together
I'd move to NB unironically if uni wasn't 1300 bucks per semester
>>70482101
>Iktf
UNB is $1,750 per semester for undergraduates. I did my prerequisites at a community college in Maine within sight of the border, they have a deal that gives Maritimers and other New Englanders a very cheap rate not much higher than in-state tuition. That was like $1,000 per semester after exchange.
>>70482391
ah, didnt know there were any more public unis subsidized to the extent of MUN
our college is 861 per semester which is pretty gud
>>70479806
Hongcouver - no spiders
Other than that they both seem equally shitty.
>>70479926
No you're thinking of Hurstville.
>>70480246
Sydney is a very large city
The Sydney most people think of (harbour, inner city, inner west, north shore, eastern suburbs) is more in line with this
>a single room apartment is like $1500 a month
>>70479806
will Australia ever send a non-chink to eurovision?
j u s t
>>70483475
It doesn't even make sense that we're in Eurovision
>>70481945
That's £s, so it's like $500 a week, so Londoners pay $2,000 a month for a live-in closet/shed.
In Edmonton (where I live), that would get you a spacious condo in the middle of the city.
Please Australia, stay white. You are the only one country outside of Eastern Europe that is +95% white.
>>70479806
Kek, Vancouver already is Asian majority
https://youtu.be/7lKi-HRNuQE
>>70479806
>Mandarin cucked french as second language in vancouver
>>70484132
This. I get that many Australians don't like the "colony" label and don't want to be in the same boat as Yanks, but sometimes they go overboard with this silliness.
Hong Kouver likely already is majority Asian/Chinese. We don't even know how many of them are there, the official number of 29% sounds like a crock of shit to me. The city is crawling with undocumented immigrants, it's time to clean house and send them back.
>>70479806
At this rate, Sydney.
Vancouver is starting to push back a little on Chinks buying up all the houses.
Ausfag elites are only too happy to oblige, and the populace is too cucked to even complain.

>>70484574
Did the realtor photoshop a memedog into the apartment listing pic?
Is living among chinks really that bad?
>>70479806
Auckland
>>70486499
>file name
....
They aren't already?
>>70480246
NSfag reporting in. Not too familiar with real estate situation on the west coast but I thought the whole reason it was a thing was because of chinese investors and money laundering schemes? That seems to be the popular concensus here. Confirm/deny?
>>70486433
>>70486440
>>70486499
Why don't they have slanted eyes?
What Asians move to Vancouver
Sydney gets
>Chinese
>Vietnamese
>Koreans
>Filipinos
>>70480164
You know australia is a part of the TPP?
>>70480246
>$450 a week > $1600 a month
>canadian reading comprehension
>>70486433
>sao tome and principe
What did he mean by this
>>70480246
>Rent by the week
WTF?
>>70487400
Yeah it's different to literally every country. Not sure why it's the standard here
>>70480246
>$1500 a month
thats like $333 a week lad and that's actually pretty good
I don't mind them. We have some ok laws around foreign investment and ownership which encourages them to invest and build. Wish they'd learn to make a decent coffee though.
>>70480598
when will the US is cheap meme end? It's cheap if you live in some bumfuck city, as is the case in Australia.
>>70480246
>A week
>tfw 800$ a months for a 2 bedrooms
Feels good living in Montreal kek
O Chinada
