It's legal, but male teachers are usually advised to not do it. Or have any contact with female students, really. Administration is scared of false rape accusations, parents misunderstanding, etc.

Seeing how male teachers get treated from kindergarten to highschool is what stopped me from becoming a teacher even if it's what I wanted to be since I was a kid, and I had a great teacher when I was 15 that encouraged me to do it.

It is allowed, but there isn't many men that work in Childcare in the first place. Even though, the men that are in Childcare most likely won't do it though. The threat of misunderstandings and false rape accusations are always a big thing for men workers sadly. If a dad can dress his daughter why can't any other normal man dress a girl if it is his job?
