How is life in the Balkans?

The internet says the average wage on the balkans is 370 euros.

Would people unironically work from home for me for a month if I offered them 400 euros? Or is it just a meme salary for toilet cleaners?

oh, it's pretty real, however average is the main accent here

in the larger cities the average pay is something like 700-1000 euros, in the rural areas and small towns the above quoted pay is common, the minimum wage here is 230 euros a month, that's the toilet cleaner pay
