So, /int/, how shitty is South Africa actually? All I ever hear about it is

Just how bad is it? Like, the average PP is 13,000 dollaroos; so, that's not completely awful. It's miles ahead most of Africa. HDI isn't great, but overall is solid Latin America tier.
