our stadium belongs to the city, it's right next to city hall.
the city invested and rent to the club (they were on top division) then the club's japanese owner decided to fuck off and it went downhill.

now it hosts rugby matches once a month, under the stands are rent to some fitness club and they use the underground parking lot for paid-parking.
