I like them for the same reason I like the Far Cry series, the games are all about the shooting game play while many single player shooters will be about the story and other elements while the shooting is more or less irrelevant.

Graphics are very advanced, but you can't really experience them without the proper hardware which most people don't have.

If you want to experience top tier graphics you need a 4K monitor and a GPU that can run games at that resolution.
