I'd rather pay a small sum each month than get hit with one large bill after some retard hits me while texting.

I've been hit once a year going on 5 years now. Never at fault so my rates don't change but I'm pretty sure people are trying to kill me.

You're not paying three times your car's value in insurance to cover your own car, but because that's the amount of damage the average driver of your car and profile causes to others.
