Should I apply here?
Would they hire a NEET?
May as well give it a go, nothing to lose

i'm scared anon, do you think they'd be friendly to autists?

How does the application process work? Do you send a resume and cover letter first or is there an interview straight away? Normally the process works like this: first you send in your cover letter and resume; if they like your cover letter then you get an interview; and if you did well in the interview then you get a job offer.
They are really nice in the interview anyway, they want to keep the position you are aiming for as attractive as possible.

I have no clue anon. This is a prop trading firm, not really sure how it all works.
I guess you send your resume and trading experience?

Well I don't know anything about your experience but I'd start as an associate for now. That way you learn how things operate. Just email them and tell them you're keen and ask them what they need from you to start the application process.
