I only had white bread when I visited my grandparents as a child.
It's practically non-existent in my area now.

why cant you find good bread like this in supermarkets anywhere in the rest of Europe without it being sour...In France its or 50% air and 50% white bread, or sour bread.

And in Germany the bread is sour too.....WHY?
