Actually productive countries like Japan eat a strong breakfast, like if it's just another meal, rice with an egg and things like that, and not just sugary trash plus coffee. Maybe there's a correlation.

I'm barely hungry when I wake up, unless it's the weekend and I have slept in a while the most I can manage is coffee and maybe a toast/a light pastry.

It's something similar to a latte, it's sometimes called "de Chinos" or "Chinese" because it's a stapple in Mexico City's Chinese restaurant, even tho this is a local tradition.

You would ask for it simply as café con leche in any place that serves it, but since that's hust Spanish for coffee and milk it can mean different things in different places. Some of us still refuse to fall for the Starbuck's meme.

I drink black tea the whole day so is not like I really need breakfast or dinner.
