Thanks poland anyways. I am thinking either I should go for education in a foreign country or apply for job directly. I have a score of 317 in GRE exam with 3.47/4 GPA in engineering...Should be able to get admit in a decent mif tier university. I will explore this more.

You can take Portuguese classes and 6months later get a work permit before this you can work informally as an English teacher or something
If you have a degree from India you can get it verified while you wait on your trial period to be up.

As far as dating I have seen Indian guys move here to get married often
If you get married you will no longer need those visas, you can get permanent visa from your marriage.

You can find english speaking girls mostly in university of course you can wait for your Portuguese to improve first and have your options improve.
