You're an American citizen by birth. You can apply for a US passport with your birth certificate and a certified copy of your father's birth certificate at any US embassy or consultate.

So it says a combination, and the marriage certificate is only required "if applicable." So just get everything else and an affadavit from your dad saying he's lived in the US before your birth.
