Bretons really love the sea most of the times, and those who don't love land. They're no recorded starvation in Breizh History as except for sea activity, the economy is based on agriculture and pork since very long.

About the Sea, do you guys know about Robert Surcouf ? He was born in Saint-Malo, and actually something he did was stolen in the movie "Masters and Commanders". He was one day pursued by two american large fregates, and he finally dropped them with a leurre. The character of Russel Crow is majorely inspired by Robert Surcouf, which has upset many people here as in the end the french are the bad guys.

Life has lost much of it's already dying enchant

Girlfriend issues aside i think it's one of the most beautiful places i've ever been ad the people are very nice
However, i will never be able to go back there because everything related to breizh makes me think of her and it gives me physical pain

I found it nice that bretons are really obsessed with the sea. I found it funny because even tough we are known for being great sailors, most people in Portugal aren't that big fans of the sea.
I like the sea but i prefer the mountains and forests
