Italians and French always gets the praises but I put Spanish cuisine above french(very overrated)

I think Italian is more overrated than French tbqh. A lot of it is just creative ways of stuffing yourself with wheat and tomatoes.

And Spanish cuisine never sold itself very well abroad tbqh, foreigners think "tapas" are an important part of Spanish cuisine whereas it's just the Spanish name for pub food.
