All 45 presidents of the US are in a circle in the White House ballroom. They each pick up a Gerber LHR combat knife and they all proceed to fight to the death.
Who comes in fourth place and why?
I say "fourth" since we all know that third, second, and first would be, in this order:
Andrew Jackson, Abraham Lincoln, Theodore Roosevelt.
