You're forgetting the fact that it's not how Japanese acts towards all foreigners. In fact, Japanese actually like Westerners. If you've seen the experiences of non-westerner's experience in Japan however, like other Asians like Koreans for an example, you'd see that they face a lot of discrimination in Japan too like my friends(ex: racially provoked sexual, physical, and verbal assaults, harsh, racist netizens, etc). You're only looking through your own lens. It's fine and all, but I just thought I should clear it up as it's never good to generalize. Every single country has discrimination problems. Don't forget, different parts of the countries also vary for social mannerisms significantly, and that means for both Korea and Japan.
