It's going to split off in a million directions. Some people will have some kind of instrumentality, some people will become cyborgs, others will create new bodies through genetic manipulation, others still by combining technical and biological science into a single, all encompassing science that give them bodies and minds of gods.

And then entropy ruins everything and the immortal people float around in space shitposting telepathically for an eternity until all the matter condenses into a black hole which inverts on itself and a new universe begins.
