Nothing like that but we get one procession once every year in which naga sadhus from himalayas trek to ganga (or idk where). Their camps block the roads, the retarded youth gets rowdy as always, throws trash everywhere and blast loud 'folk music' which is not created any earlier than 40 years ago.
