Kawaii loco
>>68820304
Do you drive on a highway? If so for what portion of the route
on the train
transfer to metro
>contemplating ending it every time the train arrives
need some asian suicide doors
2nd transfer to a new metro line
Arrival
total travel time 20 minutes on 3 lines
>>68820366
No, there's just a lot of traffic in my route
>>68820808
Santiago? also is there a public transit alternative? or is it just a bus thats slower than driving yourself
third world war just started, I've fear lads
>>68820252
i walk to the bus stop in 2 minutes. get on a bus for 20 minutes.
>>68822391
so how do you get to work?
>>68822473
bus wanker haha is a double decker? also how often does the bus come
>>68822592
95% double deckers. i can get on about 5 numbers, so they come every 2/3 minutes.
tfw live and work in a european city
just a 25 minute stroll every morning
>>68822701
>i can get on about 5 numbers, so they come every 2/3 minutes
ah that seems convenient enough for a bus. Is this the main trunk route of a city that doesn't have rail based transport?
>>68822807
>25 minute stroll
too long desu, feels inefficient, would cope a bicycle
>Turkey is a """""""secular'""""""" country
>Egypt is a """"""""secular"""""""" country
>Syria is a """""""""secular"""""""" country
why do people push these memes?
DELET THIS
>>68822849
>would cope a bicycle
am gonna after i move into my flat uezs
>tfw to radical centrist to be drafted into war
>>68822929
noice get a road bike from the 80s
fixies are for human trash btw
>>68822849
it's the busiest bus route in europe apparently. there's trams and trains in the city as well, but they serve mostly the north side, and i live in the south.
>>68822973
post a pic?
people in berlin ride really ugly bikes
>>68823024
same model as mine
its very light, has good quality parts from germany and japan and is aesthetic
I also dont have the pannier thing in the back
>>68823015
manny on the map?
>>68823137
i'd just get a straight handlebar but apart from that it looks nice 2bh
>>68823137
indeed
Cycle to train station, ~10 minutes
Train ride, 25 minutes
Walk to school (or take the bus bus if the weather is shitty), ~10 minutes
>>68823188
>i'd just get a straight handlebar
why? you know that drop handlebars can be used like straight ones right, its how I usually keep my hands anyway, the other stance is too aggressive
and thanks I like the bike a lot, its a hand me down from my dad
>>68823295
intermodal I fucking like it dutchbro
what kind of train? s-bahn or u-bahn?
>>68823264
does it bother you that you're not well serviced by the trams?
>>68823295
>>68823366
I predict these trains will be outfitted with armour paneling and serve as mobile fire support vehicles in the upcoming european race war
>>68823365
yeh but the grip ends up being a bit narrow plus it looks a bit meme for me
just how i like it i guess
rode this back in copenhagen but haven't been able to move it over yet
>>68823365
I ride this: >>68823366, it's an intercity train.
And sometimes pic-related.
>>68823365
not really, having a bus come literally whenever you get to the bus stop is pretty nice. it's like 200 quid for a year long pass which seems pretty expensive though, although i'm not sure what prices are like in other countries.
>>68823295
25 mins?
when I visited, I took a train from Amsterdam to Haarlem in les than 15 mins.
you live far from school?
>>68823531
I pay 50 CAD per month so 30 quid. Yearly is 500 CAD so 300 quid. Pretty expensive, damn.
>>68823517
banterous grafitti
>>68823507
bikes like that piece me off
>chinkshit frame
>straight handlebars
>muh sport tire profile
it doesn't know if it wants to be a casual hybrid or a triathlon bike
>>68823586
>you live far from school?
Not really, I just have to make a layover.
Amsterdam to Haarlem is about the same distance I have to travel, but that's a direct line.
>>68820252
I drive, sometimes I take the bus but i have to carry shit ton of camera gear and other accessories so bus would be nighmare.
>>68823929
Does the bus go on the highway?
>>68820252
A canadian city with actual non-bus public transport? Is it Montreal?
>>68824352
>>68824146
Some lines go to the city via motorways, like 70-lines from Nokia and 50-lines from Lempäälä.
There's a railway lines to those cities but because we are such a car based shithole with rural politicians we can't have any. Fucking Agrarian powerfantasy Centre party suck ass.
>>68824352
Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton and Ottawa all have rail based transport ivan. And yes the city is Montreal. The first train I took was commuter rail, and the second was the metro that is completely underground (4 lines 70~ stations)
>>68824450
beautiful
>>68824481
Sad! You're a european country after all. Even north americans are wising up to the benefits of good rail based public transit
I walk through here basically every free day (its on my way to the dealer)
>>68824608
comfy
>dealer
what drugs? I hope you're not dependent on anything I know that feel anon
I'm a poorfag, so I walk.
About 45 minutes each way, down one road. From downtown up to the Northern edge of the city proper, then back again. If the weather's bad or I've just gotten up late, I'll take the bus (leaves from just outside my apartment, takes ten minutes or so each way, straight shot, gets off right outside work).
My only complaint is that, during Winter, the city does a shit job of maintaining the sidewalks. But outside of that it's fine.
>>68825294
Walking an hour and a half every seems awful, invest in a bike anon
>>68825345
>invest in a bike
I have a bike, but outside of our three months of Summer it's pretty much useless. If I lived somewhere more Southern, like Toronto, I'd bike a lot more.
But at this point there's about 3' of snow on the ground and more on the way, and it's going to stay that way until at least April or May, so...no bike.
>>68825476
is that sudbury or some shit? and yeah no one really bikes in the winter here either but still catching the bus costs 3.25 here and a good used bike will put you back 200-300 bucks only and can last 10-30 years if maintained
>>68825686
>is that sudbury
In case you missed the gigantic water tower, yes.
And as I said, I do have a bike, but...yeah. It's not happening.
>>68826044
water tower doesnt mean anything to me and I remember the view from your apartment from /cum/ i think
get your bike inside nigger its going to get destroyed wtf
>>68826318
>get your bike inside nigger its going to get destroyed wtf
It'll be fine. The bike was <100$ at Walmart a few years ago, and I take the chain off before leaving it out for the season. Less than a half hour of basic maintenance after the snow's melted and it's as good as new for another season.
Besides, my apartment's pretty small and I don't have the space to keep it indoors.
It's going on 6 years by now. If it does eventually die on me, I'll just get another cheap bike.
walk 5mins to trainstation, ~45min trainride to stockholm central, hop on the subway for ~10 mins to stockholm university.
