If ukrainians get right to work in the EU imagine this flood. They have population bigger than Ploland by 10mln and the difference in incomes between ukrainians and europeans is even higher than between poles and western euroes. Millions and millions of ukrainians would flood Europe. They should fix their economy first and that seems impossible for now.

i'm not saying they should be fast tracked into membership but the goal should be to include them when the political and economic climate is right
the eu should, ideally, be for all of europe; not just some

of course opting out is entirely up to the country and voters themselves, but they should at least have the option to join (in the future)
