I'm sure you didn't think about it, but your list is out of order.

The top one on your list should be

Getting some sunlight and exercise helps with depression. You should start talking walks, maybe take a walk to go buy something from the store. While you take a walk, get your headphones and listen to some music you like, or maybe listen to lectures or lessons of a topic you are interested in.

The next thing on that list should either be get a friend, or get a job.

Having a friend who is supportive of you when it comes to improving your life can really help you alot. You shouldn't get a friend who wants to keep you being a shut-in, but instead a friend who wants to help you improve.

Getting a job would force you to interact with people, and while it's very unpleasant sometimes and can be really bad for an autist, it will start to give you income and it will forcibly make you improve your people skills and teach you how interaction between people works. I recommend it, but I do admit it's really tough.

It's not easy to become a normie but it's not impossible. You just have to take steps every day to make your life better, and always ask yourself how it could improve.
