If the Russians ever are interested int getting the Baltics back, they don't need to invade the Baltic themselves. They only need to create a land corridor between themselves and Kalingrad. All the forces in the Baltics would become isolated no matter how big they are. But right now, they have better things to do beyond feeding the scaremongers.
